What Is The Difference Between Different Styles ?
0 Comments Published by Ralph February 19th, 2008 in Uncategorized(A) Bi-Fold can consist of 2 or 4 panels that will fold next to each other and open up in the middle. Resulting in the group or groups of panels that collapse outward forming a “V” like section.
Bi-Pass door system normally uses 2 doors or panels that set back to back and one will slide behind the other.
Multi-Fold doors are very similar to the bi-fold doors. Except you can put
multiples of 2’s up to 6 panels going in one direction . In other words if you have a large opening you could have 6 panels going to the right & 6 panels going to the left.
Pocket Door is a door that will recess into your wall. This is a great choice where space is at a premium. Also giving you full access to your door opening with no door swinging into the room.
Wall Mount pocket door is a door that will run along the wall to close off an opening. You will not need to rip apart your wall to install this hardware.

What Does It Mean When You Tell Me A Lead Time ?
0 Comments Published by Ralph October 30th, 2007 in Uncategorized(A) Led time simply put is the time it takes from you placing an order to us manufacturing and loading your order on the truck for delivery. Our lead time is designated as FOB (From OurBusiness) and will vary at different times of the year depending on the
amount and size of current orders. Occasionally events such as
machinery breakdown or illness in the plant will cause a setback.
Under normal circumstances our lead time is 2-4 weeks but has gotten as high as 6-8. Rest assured that we do everything we can to meet these lead times but they are estimated lead times. Your salesperson will discuss our current lead time with you. The freight company delivery time is not factored in to lead times. We use only reputable carriers whose destination arrival times are within reasonable limits.
The start of your lead time is based upon your salesperson’s receipt of the following:
1. Your verification that all aspects of your order are
correct. (Door style, wood type, dimensions, door handing
and hinge finish selection if applicable, etc.)
2. Your deposit has been made.
3. Your written confirmation that your order is correct and that you want to proceed has been received via email or fax. No verbal approvals can be accepted.

Once I Receive A Door Quote How Long Is It Good For ?
0 Comments Published by Ralph October 30th, 2007 in Uncategorized(A) Once a price quote has been given the customer has 30 days from the day the quote was sent out to place the order and still receive the same purchase and shipping price listed on that quote. After thirty days it will need to be re-quoted as shipping changes are rapidly changing. Where our door prices tend to remain relatively constant with very few price increases.
Do You Stain Or Finish The Doors ?
0 Comments Published by Ralph October 30th, 2007 in Uncategorized(A) No we do not paint, stain, or finish our doors in any way. The doors are machine sanded, then finished off with a 120 grit hand sanding before being shipped to you. The reason we don’t finish our doors is due to most customers wanting to match their door finish to other wood products in their home or office. Another concern is time delay in shipping finish samples back and forth
